LA SIMPLICIDAD EN LA NATURALEZA
Un centro de alto rendimiento
debe ser comprensible y cómodo para su uso. Una arquitectura eficiente que le
permita al atleta sacar el máximo de sí mismo. Una funcionalidad clara como la
que se encuentra en la naturaleza. Los fractales abarcan un problema a
distintas escalas vinculando espacios sin alterar su carácter individual. Nos
permiten articular un espacio público con un espacio privado. Llegar de la escala
urbana a la del terreno y por último a la escala del edificio a través de una
unidad icónica. Ser argentino ya es ser referencia para el resto del mundo: el
tango, la comida, el deporte, el fútbol. Imágenes que se reproducen y simbolizan un carácter,
una nación. Gol. La pelota explota contra la red en mil triángulos. En mil
fractales. En el corazón de millones de argentinos.
SIMPLICITY OF NATURE
A high performance centre must be easy to
understand, comfortable and useful. An efficient architecture allows the
athlete to achieve the top of his/her performance. A clear function like the
one nature has. Fractals take in the same problem in different scales,
connecting spaces without changing their own substance. They allow us to articulate
public spaces with private spaces. We reach the building scale through the
urban and terrain scale using a representative icon. Being Argentinean is
already a reference for the rest of the world:
tango, food, sports, football. Pictures that come up and build a
character, a nation. Goal. The ball explodes against the net and breaks into a
thousand triangles. Into thousands of fractals. Into the heart of millions of
Argentineans.
